Dear Jamie,
I hope you had a great weekend!
I just want you to pass along to the band that I loved them!
I am adding your company, and them to our list of preferred bands!!!
They were so professional, on time, friendly, professionally dressed, sounded amazing, and so fun to work with! Thank you so much!
Lindsey and Brian's wedding wouldn't have been such a success without them!
Love,
|

Steve,
Thank you for everything you did to make the MPI event the huge success that it was! The bands were great and it was fun to use this place and some of it's qualities. I sure hope we got a picture of the stage! It looked like a real rock concert!
Thanks again for everything.

Ok, so my wish is that every band leader were like Charles. Nothing but good things to say, the band rocked, they were selfless and generous with their time, music was awesome, all just grand. Rae, thanks for your help!
And for that YUMMY gift cert, I LOVE terra, now we need to find a sitter. I don't think I can work with you on Wed eve, just can't get away, but sure sounds fun!
Hug to you both,
>R |

We were invited by Laura Simpson to come to the Ritz and hear her play the harp in December 2009. After hearing her play we hired her for our wedding - May 22, 2010. We sent Laura a deposit check and signed contract with her at that time. I received a phone call from Laura this morning at 7:30 that she would be unable to play for wedding because she was taking a more important engagement to play for the Napa Symphony. She passed this news on to my fiance and I a little over a week before our wedding - which we consider to be terribly unprofessional. We are completely disappointed and left without a harpist on our wedding day. While I understand that playing for the Napa Symphony is much more prestigious opportunity for Laura to play and only happens once year (as Laura explained to me) for me - my wedding day is once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm still dealing with the aftermath but wanted to make sure this was posted to hopefully save some other future brides from being in the same predicament I'm in now.

Hi Kim,
AEC sympathizes with your disappointing harpist experience ...but please note, this was not a booking by AEC and our agency was in no way tied to that particular event. Had AEC been involved with the process, a last minute cancellation would have been covered by a replacement artist. AEC features many artists on our roster, however, we do not exclusively represent these artists. While we can hire them for you and negotiate terms, we are not responsible for any agreements made directly with the artist that is not documented with an AEC contract.
Best Wishes,
AEC Team |

Hi Gig,
Thanks so much for providing such an EXCELLENT trio for our Wine & Jazz reception. They were a huge hit, and hit just the right decibel level for the room. The Al Marshall trio was the perfect call.
Please send me the final invoice asap so we can get billing wrapped up. FYI, I think we still owe you the signed contract, unless you found the fax I sent? I'll send it later this week when I'm back in the office.
Thanks! |

Hey Steve,
Just wanted to reach out to you to tell you how great Gilda was on Valentine's Day. I didn't get a chance to thank her personally that night before she left. If you could extend my gratitude to her I would appreciate it. Melissa was also very thorough and very prompt. Great doing business with you. Talk to you soon-
Thanks again,

Hi Steve,
Just wanted to let you know that the steel pans/keyboardist were wonderful last night. They were there on time, their music was fantastic and really set the tone for a fun and relaxed evening. Thank you for being so responsive so quickly – it’s nice to know you’re out there to help me with my musical needs!
