I know this is very late in making its way to you but I did not want to let any more time pass without thanking your Team for all of their efforts on my behalf.
The June 5, 2007 All Hands Meeting was a resounding success, this is in no small part due to the excellent team that we work with from AEC.
Dave really came through in helping David Vershure and I get our video made at the last minute. I appreciate all the extra work it took to make that happen.
Krash took over the calling of the show when Michael had his accident and did not skip a beat in coming up to speed.
John as always is gratefully a calming influence in dealing with all of our last minute changes and crises and ensuring that the entire team works together seamlessly.
Orjan manages to deal with all of our requests without batting and eye and never makes me feel as if my questions or silly or stupid.
Jim is another calming influence that manages our filming of the webcast and lighting without blinking once.
I know that I would not be able to pull off the parts of the meeting I need to were it not for your team.
As always it is a great pleasure doing business with AEC.

Hi Steve –
Radio Active was OUTSTANDING!!! Completely professional – I couldn’t have gotten a better group of people. Our program ran longer than expected so it cut into their time and everyone wished they could keep on playing but we had a curfew that was not negotiable.

Hi Steve! We just got back from our honeymoon today and your check is on the way! The band was awesome! In fact, Bob and I stayed until the very last song as we were having so much fun dancing! As well, many of our guests commented on how great they thought the band was and inquired how they could find them. They were definitely a big hit! Dear Claire,
I just wanted you to know how much we loved Jeremy,Jen & Tyler. They were so professional, sweet and accomodating. It was a difficult venue to get everyones attention but I have had wonderful feedback on their performance. They made the evening! One woman attendee actually cried as the trio sang in this beautiful mansion. They created an atmosphere that was truly magical. Hi Gig,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the AEC production team for a job well done on the MCCO All Hands meeting! I’ve received very positive feedback from members of the audience as well as, the leadership team. Tanya and I both appreciate the level teamwork and professionalism each person brought to the entire process.
On that note I would like to recognize the following individuals that I feel went above and beyond in their level of service, especially considering how new Tanya and I are to event planning.
John: for the overall management of the program and ensuring it went off without a hitch! I have to say I’m truly amazed at his ability to cover so many areas at once while keep the team moving.
Crash: for managing the floor and helping me to direct our speakers. His ability to anticipate their needs, identify potential issues (always with a smile) and provide direction to me was very much appreciated.
Jim: for managing all aspects of AV with minimal input in the beginning and through multiple sets of directional change during the program. I really appreciate the degree of professionalism and patience (He has to be the most patient person on the planet) he brought to the team. It allowed me to remain focused on the speakers and be confident in knowing he would do what was right for the show. Finally for allowing us to use the extra equipment from the Town Hall meeting to make our show a step above the rest.
Orjan: for working closely with me and our IT team to ensure a successful web-cast in such a short period of time.
Craig: for assisting in the development of the slides and managing through multiple changes right through the show. His ability to make changes on the fly and keep the slides error free was fantastic.
Again I’d like to thank the entire team for being so flexible and making our program such a success! It has been a pleasure working with you all and I look forward to partnering with you on future MCCO events.

In my opinion you can't do better than Savoir Faire. We enjoyed them at a New Year's Eve party and liked them so much we used them for our wedding on October 14th.
They absolutely got everyone dancing.
We had a lot of people (230) and used a restaurant that I own so there were many different locations that people could choose from. The band had to be a powerful attraction to pull people into the room with the dance floor. They succeeded and more. The dance floor (and it was a large one) was crowded all evening.
Equally as important, they were very easy to work with. They gave us a very large play list to select the songs we wanted and they helped us design a flow to the event that worked very well.
From just going through the experience, I know how important the band is to a wedding, so I don't say this lightly. They get my highest possible recommendation.

Hi there.. I had the great pleasure of visiting your hotel in September onthe way to Hawaii.. Our friends took us to the "top of the Mark" cocktail lounge... We had no idea who was performing... However, what we heard was something we could not have expected had we gone to the top Jazz Club in , London...it was your wonderful Ricardo Scales...to say we were blown away by his talent would be an understatement.
I am a jazz singer ( of sorts ) but know talent when I see it..he was fabulous! Since returning to the U.K I have purchased some of his recordings. The reason for me writing is two fold. Firstly, we loved your hotel and will stay there next time we are in San Franciso ( stayed in the "W" very nice - last time ) and secondly, I have been trying to convey my admiration for Mr. Scales but cannot find an e-mail address other than yours on the internet. Therefore, would you be kind enough to let him know that we have written to thank him for a fabulous night of music ( we did congratulate him when we where there - and found him to be not only a great talent but also a very nice man ) can you tell him that we hope he will come to Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London very soon...we will definitely be there to see him. If Not we will catch up with him in your hotel in April ( if he is there ). Should you have a e-mail address for Mr scales or an e-mail address for an appreciation club, we would be grateful.

Hi Steve-
Sorry it has taken me a while to get back. I was enjoying my honeymoon and then slowly adjusting to coming back to work.
My wedding was beautiful and I owe a lot of it to you. The lighting was incredible and the band kept my family on their feet the whole time. I have to say that everything turned out even better than I had imagined.
Ron was great to work with. He was very professional and the lighting units that he used didn't look tacky or stand out. He put in some orange lights the night before the wedding that ended up being too bright, and he came out early the next morning and changed them into these really subtle blue lights that looked gorgeous. The yard looked fantastic against his lighting.
As you know, I have a rather large and party-loving family. They love to be entertained and to dance. Big City Revue had them dancing the entire night. They let my uncle get on the stage and sing a bit and pulled my mom up there as well. Everyone had an absolute blast and we were all bummed when 11:30 rolled around and they had to stop. I would recommend them any day of the week and I would definitely like to see them play again sometime. Phil was so easy to work with and they did a great job emceeing the wedding and announcing the events of the night. My family cannot stop talking about that party and how fun the band was.
I want to thank you also for all of your expertise and professionalism. Planning a wedding is very hard work and it is a godsend to have people like you to work with. I knew I was in great hands right from the start. My mom and I were very pleased with the end result and cannot thank you enough.
Hopefully down the road I can plan another fun event where we can have a band. It really made my wedding so much fun and unique, especially when in a backyard setting.
Thanks again, Steve, for all of your help. You really made planning a wedding so much easier for me.

We just had to let you know that Big City Revue was fabulous at our daughter's wedding this past Saturday night! They did exactly as we asked for time-line and dress and breaks. The crowd was dancing the whole night and a wonderful time was had by all! Thanks for your input and help in making some of our final decisions... the evening flowed beautifully! You seemed to know exactly what we were trying to achieve... and it happened!

However, I do want to sincerely thank you for all the personalized effort you exerted in trying to get me a cover band in the last few weeks. Thanks for your efforts and patience in adapting to my changing requests as I listened to many bands trying to figure out what I wanted. And I couldn't help but notice and appreciate that you always returned my calls promptly, and that you answered my questions and filled my requests within a day. It felt like you were working for me, which was something totally unexpected when I first cold called AEC.

Gig - I am home and now frantically figuring out what to pack for our honeymoon in Cabo. Which is hard because my head is still in the clouds from last night. It was so magical for me and Norayr ( he was blown away). Everyone said it was the most beautiful, romantic, fun party! A truly joyous event. One of the best parts of the whole reception was the band! Masterpiece was fabulous. They were so great! I got compliments on the band all night! My husband (sort of weird to think I am actually married now!) was so impressed and he was out on the dance floor all night. This was a true testament to how great the band was because he has only danced with me once before and it was only after twisting his arm!
So please thank all of them! They put on a night for us that was truly spectacular and so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
